Imagine waking up every day knowing that no matter what is thrown your way, you have the confidence and skills to sail through any high seas and bad weather, and bring your crew with you. Most days you will achieve what is important to you, but even if you don’t, you will have a new way to reset your mindset towards what is important. This can result in less avoidance, procrastination, micro-management and even less drinking, overeating, or taking it out on those around you. You will be a leader who is able to stay connected to your values and purpose, and inspire others, while also having time to take care of your own well-being – you will be a happy, healthy leader.

The HAPPY HEALTHY LEADER (HHL) PROGRAM is built on practical strategies based on scientific evidence which aims to provide short- and long-term sustainable change. In this program, you are going to be taken through the 7-step HHL framework that will transition you to being a happy, healthy leader.
In Step 1, we’ll explore where you are now versus where you want to be as a leader. You’ll be introduced to the neuroscience of healthy leadership, and we’ll identify what’s holding you back — and what needs to shift for you to reach your full potential. This may include a joint session with your ‘manager’ to align on expectations and support.
In Step 2, we’ll explore what throws you off course and leads to unhealthy leadership. This may include assessments like 360 feedback, TLS, or personality profiling. You’ll also begin to understand your internal compass—mindset, stress, and self-talk—and learn how to navigate these more effectively when they arise.
In Step 3, we align your compass by clarifying your values AND set expected and aspirational professional goals. We’ll set short-term targets for quick wins while working toward longer-term outcomes, using regular coaching sessions to tackle challenges and apply new techniques.
In Step 4, you’ll stay on course as you sail toward your goals, using tailored, evidence-based leadership tools to support your progress. We’ll introduce structure and clear milestones to help track your journey and build accountability — ensuring you maintain momentum and adapt your approach as needed.
In Step 5, you’ll deepen your understanding of the neuroscience behind effective leadership, especially during stress and change. You’ll learn to lead with greater emotional intelligence and confidence — reducing fallout for both you and your team.
In Step 6, you’ll create your 10-year Happy, Healthy Leader plan, outlining your core values, KPIs, and professional goals. Your plan will include clear 30- and 90-day actions linked to your 1-, 5-, and 10-year goals — a process that promotes accountability and focused progress. Clients often find this a favourite, practical step.
In your final step, before you set sail, you’ll be prepared for any storms that could steer you off course from your 10-year plan. You’ll leave the program with clear, immediate actions to kickstart your journey as a happy, healthy, and high-performing leader.
