Grounded in research showing that women and men often lead differently, this program helps women enhance mindset, visibility, and boundaries — and thrive at the senior and executive level.
I have continued to develop this program to address the ongoing challenges women face in a world that seems uncertain when it comes to diversity. I also have lived experience working in two male-dominated industries, IT in the early 90s, and providing services for the Mining and Resources sector the past 15 years.
