Harvard Business School: 4 minutes on emotional agility

Susan David is the CEO of Evidenced Based Psychology, and a Harvard Business School Psychologist, and Executive Coach.

Susan has coined “Emotional Agility” which is based on the assumption that the more agile or flexible we can be about our thoughts (in particular uncomfortable or negative ones) the more effective we are managing stressful situations, and achieving what is important to us. Here she gives some simple easy tips on how to do this in 4 minutes!
